How long does our laundry service take?
Laundry is returned within 48 hours guaranteed. Dry cleaning with laundry within 72 hours.

I have sensitive skin and use a special detergent, can The Wash Depot Laundromat do my laundry?
The Wash Depot Laundromat is happy to use any detergent you like. Send your detergent along with your laundry and we will return any unused portion back to you with your clean laundry. Please make sure to place the detergent a plastic bag so none seeps on your clothes and please do not provide your own bleach as we can not be held responsible for any damage to your clothing from a leaky bleach bottle.

Do you do dry cleaning?
Yes we do. Prices for frequently cleaned garments are posted on our website. In your account preference page, enter the type of service that you need or let us know at time of pick up.

I have shirts that I want laundered and then pressed, where I should I put them in?
Laundered shirts should go in a plastic bag with a note. This will allow us to return them to you on a box. Meaning if a shirt is supposed to be laundered, we will launder, not dry clean, it.

How do I pay for the service?
As soon as your order is picked up you will receive a call detailing your items and requesting a payment option. Payments options are cash, debit cards and credit cards.

What if I don't have Internet access?
If you don't have Internet access, you can call our Toll free number 1-877-7Wash4u 24/7 and we will process your order over the telephone. All we need is your contact information.

Does The Wash Depot Laundromat handle corporate accounts?
We are happy to offer corporate account service. We will pickup laundry right from your office or place of business on a regularly scheduled basis. Please call 1-877-7WASH4U or email customer service for further details.

Will my information be private and safe?
It certainly will. We make every effort to protect your information.
